Sparkles and a Bunny Star

Sparkle bright TicTac

What a week !!!! dyeing, carding and skeining, labeling all the truckload of clubs and custom orders and also on palliative care duty for our beloved TicTac. TicTac left us yesterday after being an absolute Star in our lives for 9 years. She will be sorely missed. I hope she keeps sparkling up there with all the other bunnies at the Rainbow bridge.

So ....apart from being totally overworked and in the scheme of things totally minor issues like , dealing with some (fill in expletives here) *?/!@#$  , my week ended in devastation losing TicTAc. So I cried lots last night, everything just piling up one on top of the other , making me feel like I was on teh brink of a nervous breakdown.
The choice was mine: Cave in and get totally uncontrollably sad and depressed about just about everything OR work my behind off and get my **s into gear for tonights' blog update. I had already prepared a new product line for tonight but a lot of work like photographing, skeining, labelling and naming the yarns still needed to be done. I chose option number two. I always seem to choose option two: i still remember my mother in law at the time checking up on me after my first miscarriage: "why are you spinning and working?" and I replied " it's better that way. Yarn makes everything better". So tonight I have something special for you : not only yarn but Sparkly yarn to top it all off ! Bling and Yarn! I mean: how can it not mnake you feel better !!!!???

The New IxCHeL Sock yarn base is new to my base dyeing yarns and it makes me happy just touching and knitting with it! it has sparkles, it has super fine merino and it has super soft cashmere to make it even more awesome! I wish you could have a feel of it and see the sparkles glimmer all over the place. I took a video of the yarn earlier today and out it on my instagram and IxCeL fibres and yarns facebook page if you would like to check it out !

So for todays update I have the new Silver Star IxCHeL Sock yarn and a fabulous launch price to boot ! treat yourself to some Sparkles !
