A very happy, hoppy Easter to you all ! Hope your long weekend will be filled with lots of yummy chocolate, Easter fun and heaps of spinning, knitting, weaving, crocheting or other crafty fun that is so good for the soul and putting a smile on your face.

This week has been another exciting one with lots of fluffy bunnies, dyeing and organising a huge amount of new fibery adventures to come …My broken toes are slowly but surely getting better and spinning can start up again soon. Which is good, because I am sooo behind with custom spin orders and spinning for the handknitters guild show in Coburg in May. It seems like a very long time away but I know May will be here within a heartbeat.

I have received  huge boxes of  yarn, all especially spun for the IxCHeL Fibre Farm right here in Victoria from superfine Merino and in a gorgeous lace weight!  I cannot wait to show you all the amazing possibilities that can be created with it and I already have a gorgeous crochet design and knitting design from two very special designers lined up, so you can create your lace magic. It will take a bit more time to create the different colourways and get it all ready to offer to you, hopefully soon.
On top of the various socke weight/4ply and 8 ply yarns I currently have on offer , this new yarn line now  makes two exquisite fine yarns in the IxCHeL Yarn repertoire: One cashmerino cobweb weight yarn (also excellent to ply your handspun with !) and then this amazing new supersoft lace weight yarn ! Australian Sheep and Wool Show, Bendigo.
Go to http://www.sheepshow.com to see what is happening and book your tickets. The Bendigo Sheep and Wool show is the biggest wool show in Australia ! with an amazing amount of woolcraft, indie dyers, a huge amount of tops, yarn, craft, felt and spindles, spinning wheels and anything you need for your knitting,crocheting and crafting.
 I will be there with an amazing amount of new exclusive wool blends and yarns, batts, felt and landscape and botanical natural dyes and so much more !!!
I will also have spindles by the amazing Bearded Dragon and lots of fibre tools as well from darning mushrooms to noste pinne and needle cases to distaffs. And, there will also be Turkish spindles from my friend Scott Snyder of offer again !

Get ready for a fabulous weekend filled with lots of craft and fun !!!
