Hoppy Christmas !!!!

It’s almost Christmas time! A few more days to go to finish those knitted, crocheted, woven or felted presents off and then you can sit back , relax and start a few new projects 😊

I am planning to finish some more IxCHeL Tweed yarn projects I have been working on and there are some amazing new colours to introduce to you ! 

I will tell you more about that next Friday ! Here are some photos just to give you an idea what I am talking about.

Next week will also be all about reflection about the year that was and the new year we have in front of us. Lots of project to share with you, new ideas and lots of adventures !  I hope you will join me then as well: it is going to be fun !

In the meantime, even here where it is normally cool as,  it  has reached a temperature of 43 degrees Celsius. We are keeping cool, but oh boy, I am looking forward to a cool change so the knitting needles do not slide out of my hands and I do not look like a Yeti when I am carding and blending the angora and cashmere at the moment.. 
Today I just gave up because of the heat and I could not get the blender to behave and I got more on me than on the machine …LOL No pics, you just have to believe me …rofl

IxCHeL Buddhas tears tea

Two organically grown superior green tea leaves and a jasmine bud are plucked from the best quality tea bushes and mixed with delicately smelling jasmine blossoms, then sieved and hand rolled on bamboo trays, into small balls while the leaves are not quite dry. 

The leaf captures the fine jasmine aroma and releases it during brewing, giving a champagne coloured cup. 

 Brewing: 1-3 minutes 75-80degC , 

 4 pearls/cup, 

you can reinfuse 3-4 times so those 4 pearls last a looong time

Carefully handrolled tea
