Starry Yarn !

Bunny our Ragdoll cat always knows that Friday is Photo shoot day, so she planted herself near the yarn and meowed “I am ready for my close up now!” What a Diva ! lol

Spring is definitely here: the Sun has started shining lots more and there is a distinctive buzz of bees in the air. The September clubs have been shipped out so I have a bit of reprieve until the next round of clubs have to be blended and dyed starting in October. Saying that, things are in full swing to get as much as possible ready for the 2nd biggest yarn and fibre event in Victoria on September 30th! There will be lots of yarns and top and more 😊 and it’s a lot of fun. If you happen to be close to Pakenham in Victoria, please come and visit and fondle all the fluffiness. I am working on some new exciting and fun fluff at the moment for that event too !

For this update I wanted to offer you all some pretty awesome Superfine Merino, Cashmere, Silver and a bit of nylon Sock yarn, because you van never have enough BLING ! to knit with !

Club sign ups for the next round are still open; especially the batt club and the sock yarn clubs are filling up very fast, so do not wait to re-sign if you are a current member or if you are thinking of joining for the first time! This awesome event is hosted by the Black & Coloured Sheep Breeders of South East Victoria
There will be craft demos, wonderful fleeces, a petting farm from the Elisabeth Murdoch College, Raffle prizes and of course a huge amount of stall holders offering fantastic fluffy fibres and yarns.

I will be there again as well of course (would not miss it for the world) and I will have some new products again that could not be ready for the Bendigo Show like, natural dyes, plant seeds to grow your own dye garden, natural dye kits, new yarn and design kits as well as my usual range of super fluffy yarns and blends.

I will give you a nice overview closer to the date to help you prepare your shopping list  ;-)
