Time to Daydream and spin yarn

The week started with a bit of snow and cooooool temperatures, but I managed to stay warm in the dye room, getting lots of dyeing done. The tricky bit was to get it all dry. I am always trying to plan at least a week ahead so I have a bit of a leighway. I do whatever I can to avoid a panic…but sometimes it gets a bit dicey in autumn and winter....lol.

That does not mean however, that I am totally stress free and panic free…..The pressure is building to get lots of yarn spun and dyed and dry and labelled. And, because the clubs come first, I can only truly start dyeing yarns next week for the handknitters guild show that is going to be on Saturday and Sunday the 15th and 16th of May…I hope! I will keep you posted! And will give you all the details of the exact venue address (Coburg town hall) , the times and the covid safe booking information as soon as I have it. In the meantime, all I can do is ..yes, panic? ! ?

I know I shouldn’t but I can’t help it…I am a worrier…well, no , maybe not a worrier as such, but I am so trained in putting a lot of pressure on myself to do as much as I possibly can, it does tend to put me on edge. I only can do so much and although I keep telling myself that and  I now totally am an energizer bunny with added battery power directly stitched into my heart muscles, I am feeling super exhausted. I will keep swimming , I mean .....lol.....dyeing and spinning as much as I can until the very last minute of packing the van ! You can be sure of that .
