Can you believe it? It’s Friday !!! Again !!! We made it 😊 The last week was filled with mayhem and Pandemic news from around the world..hard to be immune to everything that is happening.
On the one hand there are so many people experiencing so much heartache and then there are those toting around boards saying “Sacrifice the week, open up Tennessee” .. Now..I love TN ! I have been influenced beyond belief by their awesome music for example , bit djeez !!!! Wthe?!!
I really wonder sometimes!! ?? How can you possibly say these things ! Even when a pandemic is not happening ?? Anyway..I digress.. I was talking about HAPPY FRIDAY .. I am easily distracted! Obviously ! lol

I hope you are all doing well and STAYING HOME as much as you can ! As you know I am a home buddy and a professional hermit, so if you do need some advice on how to cope in these times of hardly any human contact, please contact me. I may be able to give you some pointers…. I promise, my pointers are safe! I promise I will not submit you to any stupid medical advice like some world leaders who shall remain unnamed.
One thing you can be sure about is that it is in these times that we learn who our friends are, who are up to the task and who are a total disaster in every shape and form. I know it can be very tough living through this, but the essential word is “alive” ! We are alive and most importantly by staying home, we make sure that those who are so much more susceptible to succumbing to this terrible virus they stay safe as well. These are not normal times and now more than ever we need to realise somethimg very important : how we deal with adversity and how we adapt. (Read Richard Adams “Hitchhikers guide to the Galaxy” ) If we are unable to adapt and protect others and be creative, well, we are stuck and ultimately not make it. I know these things sound awful but please , that’s the situation we are in. How do you act when you drop a stitch? Or when you make a mistake doing anything? You try and make the best of it and then , you tap into your brain and be critical of everything anyone throws at you . Actually, I think this is what is the most important thing in this world right now !!! In the old days, there was a presumption of some leaders to be respected and be know the best for all…HAHAHAHAH ,, yeah..no…. think for yourself! Please! Everything you read and see: please be critical. Think for yourself and be critical at all times.

Okay! Now I have got that out of my system…lol..what has my week been like? All the clubs have been dyed, skeined, braided, skeined , dyed and packed and sent off ! You may not think this is a huge deal but in my world it is. Every month of the clubs there is one artist and their artwork that inspired the colourway. This month was one of the hardest. Not only because of its symbolism bit also cultural importance (read last weeks blog please)…

Yes, I take it very seriously…lol I finally finished the last of the batts for the clubs yesterday at about 1am and Paul , my amazing hubbie did all the packing and labelling. Everything was shipped off this morning. It’s a huge thing. And, it’s done ! and I hope Australia Post will do it’s thing and get it to all the club members as soon as possible ! This weekend I am already prepping the May Clubs ! Please have a look at my FB and IG feeds to get teasers!!!
